Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description – Sales Executive Company: First Key Business Services Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-Time About the Company First Key Business Services is a growing business setup and corporate services company in Dubai, helping entrepreneurs and companies with company formation, PRO services, visas, banking assistance, and business support solutions across the UAE. Position: Sales Executive Job Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and field visits. Promote company formation and business setup services to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners. Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Conduct client meetings and presentations professionally. Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM/sales reports. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations and market trends. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. 1–3 years of sales experience in UAE (business setup, banking, insurance, telecom, or service industry preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. UAE driving license is an advantage. Strong follow-up and client handling skills. Ability to perform under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software preferred. UAE driving license is an added advantage. Candidates available in UAE for immediate joining will be preferred. For Senior Sales Executive Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong corporate network and client portfolio in UAE preferred. Leadership and mentoring capability. Strategic thinking and account management skills. Minimum 4+ years of UAE sales experience preferred.
