Sales Executive
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to penetrate new markets and achieve quarterly revenue targets. Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and establish a robust pipeline of sales opportunities. Engage with clients through personalized presentations and product demonstrations to highlight unique selling propositions. Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities and leverage leads generated from campaigns. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and provide accurate forecasting reports to management. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position products and services. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand professional relationships and market presence. Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and drive repeat business opportunities. Train and mentor junior sales staff to build a high-performing team and foster a culture of achievement. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge. Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in a competitive industry, showcasing a track record of exceeding targets. Sales certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar credentials are highly regarded. Experience in the technology or software sector is a significant advantage, given the complexity of the products. Candidates from diverse national backgrounds are encouraged to apply to enhance our market reach. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages can be a strong asset for international sales.
