The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and driving the performance of a team of advisors, ensuring achievement of sales targets, high productivity, and strong compliance standards. What you will do Lead, coach, and motivate a team of advisors Drive sales performance against defined targets and KPIs Monitor call quality, productivity, and conversion ratios Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of advisors Prepare and review MIS, performance reports, and action plans Foster a high‑energy, performance‑driven team culture Desired Candidate Profile Required Skills to be successful Open to all existing advisors within the organization, with at least 1 year of completed service.
