Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager – Real Estate to lead our sales team and manage international clients. The ideal candidate must have strong real estate sales experience and be fluent in multiple languages to cater to a diverse global customer base. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve sales targets Develop and execute effective sales strategies for residential and/or commercial properties Manage relationships with local and international clients and investors Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and successfully close deals Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations Train, coach, and mentor sales consultants to improve performance Maintain strong relationships with brokers, partners, and developers Desired Candidate Profile Languages required: English, Chinese (Mandarin), Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, and French (fluent). Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills are essential.
