Senior Accountant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Core metal Indusry is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in the steel Fabrication or manufacturing industry. The candidate will manage accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support financial reporting and controls. Key Responsibilities: Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, and stock reconciliation Oversee VAT compliance, filing, and audits Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense control Support management with financial analysis and reports Requirements: 3–5 years of accounting experience (steel Fabrication/manufacturing industry mandatory) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CA Intern, CMA, ACCA (Preferable) Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience as a Senior accountant in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
