Senior Accountant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join in JEDDAH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, Costing , maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, and ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabian tax regulations. Candidate must possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, expert in Tally Accounting system and have hands-on experience with VAT filing within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: Book keeping & Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Shipment costing & deriving landed cost calculations. VAT Compliance: Manage the entire VAT lifecycle, including the preparation and accurate filing of monthly/quarterly VAT returns in accordance with ZATCA requirements. Financial Statements: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow). Day-to-Day Accounting: Process invoices, manage expense reports, and monitor daily transactions to ensure financial integrity. Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits. Stock Control: Inventory/stock reconciliation with the yard. Coordinating with the Sales for receivables and , logistics team for inventory to ensure internal operations runs smoothly appropriately Desired Candidate Profile Required Qualifications: Experience: 5–10 years of total experience in Import/Wholesale Trading co. Excellent in Tally + Excel proficiency. Strong costing & operational finance exposure. Saudi Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience working within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. VAT Expertise:Thorough knowledge of Saudi VAT laws, filing procedures, and ZATCA compliance. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Communication:English & proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable. Note: Only experinced Accountant worked in Tally may apply for this position.
