Senior Digital Project Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Your role Guide and support digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and meet high-quality standards, in line with the agreed project proposal. Managing multi-discipline projects from initial stages through to final delivery, with a focus on digital. Identifying client opportunities for added value and improvement to enhance the Creative Design offering within projects. Providing regular updates and managing expectations Able to build trusted relationships with new and existing clients. Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met. Coordinate and support resource allocation thoughtfully and effectively to ensure project success. Overseeing and managing risk on project budgets, quality and timelines. Ensuring we re delivering high-quality projects that provide meaningful value. Ensure project close-outs are undertaken and that insights and learnings are openly shared with the broader PM team. Working with the PM team to continuously assess working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement. Possess a creative flair and thoughtful and innovative approach to projects. Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders. Support and guide junior-mid weight team members, mentoring them to build confidence and grow their skill sets, and present updates on their development plans regularly.
