Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of a robust compliance program tailored to the organization's specific risks and regulatory environment, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations. Oversee and manage internal investigations related to compliance matters, including conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and preparing comprehensive reports for senior management and relevant stakeholders. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to business units on a wide range of legal and compliance issues, including contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and regulatory interpretation. Develop and deliver effective compliance training programs to employees at all levels, fostering a culture of ethical behavior and regulatory compliance. Desired Candidate Profile Possesses a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
