Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We're Hiring: Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Availability: Immediate Joiners Only We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Female Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in performance marketing, marketing analytics, and social media Essential Skills & Experience Marketing Analytics experience is mandatory. Must have hands-on experience analyzing campaign performance, interpreting data, measuring KPIs, creating dashboards and reports, identifying trends, and providing data-driven recommendations to maximize ROI. Proven experience developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Display Advertising, Search Marketing, PPC, SEM, SEO, Remarketing, and Performance Marketing. Hands-on experience managing both paid and organic social media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other major platforms. Experience creating and managing content calendars, social media strategies, audience engagement, and community management. Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), lead generation, customer acquisition, and customer retention strategies. Experience conducting A/B testing, audience segmentation, demographic targeting, customer journey analysis, attribution models, and conversion funnel optimization. Proven experience in competitor analysis and competitor reporting. Must be able to monitor competitors' digital presence, advertising strategies, social media activities, market positioning, and industry trends while producing detailed reports with actionable recommendations. Experience using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and other marketing analytics platforms. Strong experience in budget planning, forecasting, allocation, campaign optimization, and ROI management. Excellent project management, organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, including social media executives, graphic designers, content creators, media buyers, and external agencies. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and execute the company's overall digital marketing strategy. Plan, launch, monitor, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms. Manage the company's organic social media presence by developing engaging content strategies and increasing audience growth and engagement. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using marketing analytics tools to drive continuous improvement and maximize ROI. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports, including campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, competitor benchmarking, KPI tracking, and executive summaries. Conduct regular competitor research and reporting to identify market trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources. Oversee SEO, website performance, email marketing, social media, and content marketing initiatives. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure all marketing initiatives align with company objectives and brand guidelines. mentor the marketing team while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of all marketing activities. Maintain a centralized record of all marketing communications, campaign activities, client interactions, approvals, reports, creative assets, and project documentation to ensure transparency, consistency, and effective collaboration across departments. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, platform updates, and best practices to keep the company ahead of the competition. Desired Candidate Profile Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Previous UAE experience is highly preferred. Minimum 4 years of marketing analytics experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills. Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Meta Insights, and advertising dashboards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent presentation and reporting abilities. Ability to interpret data into practical business recommendations. Experience in retail or cosmetics is an advantage. Must be available to join immediately. Having own UAE visa is a plus. Arabic speaking is a plus.
