Senior Planning Engineer (Site Based)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project schedules in Primavera P6. Monitor project progress and perform critical path analysis. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, S-curves, and dashboard updates. Identify schedule risks, delays, and recommend recovery plans. Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with project milestones. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in project planning and scheduling, with a strong focus on Oil & Gas Offshore construction sites. Proven expertise in Primavera P6, including advanced scheduling techniques, resource leveling, and baseline management. Demonstrated experience in managing complex construction projects from initiation to completion, preferably in infrastructure or industrial sectors.
