Senior Production Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of production, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a collaborative environment and driving high performance to achieve project goals. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and freelancers, securing favorable terms and maintaining strong relationships. Identify and mitigate potential production risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions and ensure project success. Develop and manage production budgets, providing accurate financial forecasting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with creative and technical teams, providing production expertise and guidance to realize the creative vision. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, union agreements, and safety standards, minimizing legal and safety risks. Evaluate and implement new production technologies and workflows, optimizing efficiency and improving production quality. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively to meet deadlines and achieve objectives. Prepare and present production reports to senior management, providing regular updates on project status, budget performance, and key milestones. Desired Candidate Profile Displays strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management, cost control, and financial reporting. Demonstrates excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Exhibits a proactive and problem-solving approach, with the ability to identify and resolve production challenges effectively. Is fluent in English (required) and other languages (preferred), enhancing communication capabilities in a global environment. Possesses strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
