Senior Project Engineer – Oil & Gas Package Equipment

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead and manage assigned projects from order receipt through final project close-out Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using MS Project or equivalent tools Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, Production, and Clients for smooth project execution Review Purchase Orders and ensure technical compliance with contract specifications Organize project kick-off meetings with internal teams and clients Prepare and review Bills of Materials (BOMs), mechanical datasheets, technical annexures, and vendor documents Support RFQs and technically evaluate vendor offers for bought-out items Monitor engineering, procurement, fabrication, and assembly progress against project schedules Conduct review meetings with Procurement and Production teams to ensure timely delivery and execution Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections, material clearance, and documentation closure Follow up with clients for approvals, technical clarifications, and coordination meetings Prepare weekly progress reports and proactively identify project risks and delays Escalate critical technical and schedule concerns with mitigation plans to Project Management Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline Proven experience in Oil & Gas package equipment manufacturing / EPC projects Strong knowledge of project execution, fabrication follow-up, and technical documentation Experience in handling process skids, package equipment, pressure vessels, or modular systems preferred Proficient in MS Office and MS Project Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and QA/QC documentation Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Oil & GasPetroleum Department / Functional Area Engineering Keywords Project EngineeringOil & GasEPC ProjectsPackage EquipmentMS ProjectBOM PreparationVendor CoordinationTechnical DocumentationQA/QC CoordinationProcurement SupportMechanical EngineeringProject SchedulingAramcoSkid Get real-time job updates only on our App
