Senior Project Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management of high-rise construction projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use). Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Manage procurement processes, including subcontractor selection and contract administration. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permitting requirements. Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders. Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues efficiently. Drive value engineering initiatives and cost optimization. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
