Senior Project Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to handover. Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management. Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, HSE standards, and company policies. Handle risk management, contract administration, and project documentation. Resolve technical and operational issues effectively. Supervise site teams and ensure smooth project execution. Maintain strong client relationships and support business objectives. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 15+ years of overall experience in construction projects. Minimum 7–10 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management practices, and UAE regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively. Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera P6, and project management tools. PMP certification will be an added advantage. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
