Target Achievement: Driving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs) while maintaining elite floor standards and visual merchandising. After-Sales Service: Ensuring seamless delivery, alterations, and handling any client concerns to foster long-term brand loyalty. Desired Candidate Profile Proven track record in luxury retail /couture sales. Exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to anticipate client needs and handle high-pressure situations. Strong ability to attract, network, and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
