Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Senior Product Consultant is a high-performing sales professional responsible for driving sales of Platinum cards, a premium product with exclusive benefits. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge and experience to build strong relationships with affluent clients, exceeding sales goals and fostering brand loyalty. - Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying sales opportunities, building relationships and closing deals with premium clients. - Lead the sales and promotion of Platinum cards to high-net-worth individuals and premium clientele. - Provide personalized financial advice and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs and preferences of affluent customers. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge and drive business growth - Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards in all sales and service activities. - Process and submit new card applications accurately and efficiently. - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of card applications and timely delivery of services to customers Desired Candidate Profile - Minimum 2+ years of Direct sales experience in UAE selling Premium cards to individual affluent segment. - Preferred UAE Driving license and own car. - Experience working with high-net-worth clients, understanding their needs, and effectively positioning products and services to meet their requirements. - Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the premium credit card or financial services sector. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Knowledge of wealth management, investment products, and affluent customer segments. - Ability to work independently, manage high-net-worth client relationships and adapt to changing market conditions. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
