Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Weekly Frozen Schedule Net Capacity Levelling Resource Assignments Backlog Management & Overtime Active Schedule Supervision Reporting & KPI Dashboards Resource database management Desired Candidate Profile Diploma in Engineering- Mechanical /Electrical / Electronic or related field. Overall 10+ years of industrial experience is preferred with minimum 5 years of experience in plant maintenance planning, scheduling or execution of Utilities or Oil and gas industry. Experience in high-volume scheduling work and/or rostering of people and resources in EAM systems preferred. Strong skills in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, PowerBI dashboard) preferred. Familiarity with scheduling tools and EAM platforms is an added advantage.
