Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITSM & GenAI (M/F)
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities VOTRE MISSION D veloppement et configuration ServiceNow ITSM : D velopper et maintenir les processus ITSM : Incident, Request, Change, Problem et Knowledge Management. Configurer et optimiser le Service Catalog (Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variables, Variable Sets et Workflows). Mettre en uvre et maintenir les SLA, OLA, notifications, r gles d assignation et m canismes de routage. D velopper des composants ServiceNow : Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, ACL et Data Policies. Concevoir et maintenir les automatisations via Flow Designer et IntegrationHub. Participer la mise en uvre et l volution des Workspaces ServiceNow, notamment Service Operations Workspace. R aliser les int grations avec les applications tierces via REST API, SOAP, Spokes et autres m canismes d int gration ServiceNow. Produire la documentation technique et les recommandations de standardisation. Assurer un support technique de niveau N2/N3 lorsque n cessaire. VOTRE PROFIL Profil recherch : Bac+5 D veloppeur ServiceNow Senior sp cialis sur les processus ITSM. Solide expertise technique de la plateforme ServiceNow et de son mod le de donn es. Forte sensibilit aux enjeux de qualit , de maintenabilit et de r duction de la dette technique. Capacit challenger les besoins m tiers et promouvoir les solutions standards de la plateforme. Int r t marqu pour les usages d intelligence artificielle g n rative appliqu s aux processus ITSM. Excellentes capacit s de communication avec des interlocuteurs techniques et fonctionnels. Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d analyse et posture de conseil. Exp rience requise : Minimum 5 7 ans d exp rience sur ServiceNow. Minimum 3 ans d exp rience significative sur des projets ITSM. Exp rience confirm e en d veloppement et configuration ServiceNow. Exp rience des environnements complexes, fortement int gr s ou internationaux appr ci e. Exp rience de projets de transformation, de remise au standard ou de r duction de dette technique appr ci e. Ma trise avanc e de la plateforme ServiceNow. Expertise des processus ITSM : Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge et Service Catalog. Ma trise du d veloppement JavaScript c t client et c t serveur.
