Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our teams and participate in the design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. Are you ready to join us and take on this challenge together? Desired Candidate Profile Design, develop, and configure applications and workflows on ServiceNow. Implement, customize, and integrate the main ServiceNow modules: IT Service Management (ITSM) Customer Service Management (CSM) Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Develop scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes). Participate in integrations with third-party tools (API, Web Services, LDAP, SSO, etc.). Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices (Scoped Apps, Flow Designer). Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and maintain technological awareness. Train and support internal teams and key users. Profile sought Experience: minimum 4 years of experience on ServiceNow, including 3 years on large-scale projects. Mastery of ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC modules (at least 2 modules among these). Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript on client and server side). Solid integration skills (REST, SOAP, API). Good understanding of ITIL processes. Ability to work in Agile/Scrum mode. Analytical mindset, autonomy, and ability to propose solutions.
