Service Center Administrator / Data & Operations Analyst
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Position: Service Center Administrator / Data & Operations Analyst We are looking for a highly organized and analytical candidate with strong Microsoft Excel skills and previous experience in a service center or aftersales environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records of all service related activities. Review, analyze, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly service center reports. Monitor service center KPIs and identify discrepancies, trends, and areas requiring improvement. Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Review service center case updates and verify that all information is correctly recorded in the system. Conduct data analysis and provide operational insights to support decision-making. Coordinate with service centers to ensure compliance with reporting standards and operational procedures. Perform physical stock handling, stock verification, and inventory reconciliation. Support inventory audits and ensure alignment between physical stock and system records. Maintain proper documentation and filing of operational records. Assist in monitoring spare parts movement, stock availability, and inventory accuracy. Support daily operational activities and ensure compliance with company policies and service standards. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel. Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and reporting requirements. Desired Candidate Profile Candidate Requirements: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, reporting, and dashboards). Previous experience in a service center, aftersales, or operations environment. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different stakeholders. Salary Range: AED 5,000 - 7,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
