Key Job Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of all responsibility for Ajman Showroom * Develop and implement strategies to develop Sales and Marketing * Prepare reports and Presentations, periodically to show performance and KPI target tracking. * Collaborate with other departments, across but not limited to Sales, HR, Finance (AR), Audit, and leadership. * Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality standards within the showroom. This role will report to the regional Showroom Manager Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor?s degree in mechanical, Chemical, Civil Engineering or similar (Preferable) * 5 ? 8 years of experience in showroom operations, HVAC related sales or Business Development * Strong understanding of product and market knowledge within the HVAC/MEP sector * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Proficiency in basic Technical/Mechanical knowledge * Understanding of SAP systems (Beneficial) * Strong communication skills and fluent in English, and Hindi * Full UAE Driving License (Must have) Working with us At HIRA Industries LLC, we foster a collaborative environment where every individual?s ideas matter.
