Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Position Site Engineer (Offshore projects) Reports To : Site Manager Department: Operations Location- Offshore projects, UAE Salary- 8k- 12k AED + Accommodation + Food + Transportation + other benefits Job Purpose Our client is a part of a reputed UAE-based holding group with diversified business interests across construction, engineering, and infrastructure development. The organization is recognized for its strong project delivery capabilities and contribution to major developments in the region. As a Site Engineer you will Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, supervising, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of buildings, structures, and associated facilities. Key Responsibilities Site & Project Management Supervise construction activities and coordinate site operations. Conduct site surveys and organize project resources. Ensure projects are completed in accordance with approved specifications, budget, schedule, quality, and safety standards. Monitor civil and structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications. Communication & Coordination Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Participate in project meetings and provide technical support to ensure smooth execution. Documentation & Drawings Prepare and maintain site reports, inspection reports, and engineering documentation. Review construction drawings and design documents. Utilize CAD software when required. Identify project constraints and recommend corrective actions. Planning & Estimation Estimate material quantities, labor requirements, and project costs. Support project planning and feasibility assessments. Material Management Coordinate material procurement and availability. Evaluate materials and recommend cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards. Emergency Response Respond promptly to on-site emergencies and safety-related incidents. Support immediate corrective actions to minimize operational risks. Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Report project updates, delays, and site issues to the Site Manager. Health, Safety & Quality Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards. Promote safe working practices across the project site. Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to company safety procedures. Policies & Compliance Follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Ensure all activities comply with applicable engineering standards and legislation.
