Site Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that all construction activities align with project plans and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, maintaining an efficient workflow. Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to minimize hazards and risks. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, incident reports, and material usage for accountability. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in site supervision. Certifications such as OSHA, PMP, or equivalent are highly valued, demonstrating commitment to safety and project management. Experience working with various construction methodologies and materials, showcasing technical knowledge of the trade.
