Social Media Ambassador

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Content Creation & Engagement Post engaging and valuable content daily across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X). Create entertaining short form videos, reels, and stories to attract and retain followers. Capture in store promotions, events, and product highlights to showcase hypermarket activities. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain active engagement with followers. Brand Growth & Visibility Work to increase company page followers and overall reach. Promote hypermarket offers, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align digital content with in store promotions. Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining a positive, professional, and approachable online presence. Community Building Entertain and engage viewers with creative storytelling and interactive content. Encourage customer participation through polls, contests, and Q&A sessions. Build trust and loyalty by consistently delivering relevant and authentic content. Performance Monitoring Track social media analytics (followers, engagement rate, reach, impressions). Provide weekly reports on growth, engagement, and campaign performance. Suggest improvements based on trends and audience insights. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Skilled in video editing, photography, and graphic design tools. Excellent communication skills and creativity. Ability to work independently and meet daily posting deadlines.
