Sr. Associate - Legal Auditor (Internal)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct internal legal and compliance audits. Review employment contracts, HR policies, and legal documentation. Assess compliance with UAE Labor Law and applicable regulations. Identify legal, compliance, and operational risks. Prepare audit plans, risk assessments, and audit reports. Evaluate governance frameworks and internal controls. Recommend corrective actions and monitor remediation efforts. Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen compliance programs. Present audit findings and recommendations to management. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of Internal/Legal Audit experience. Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law. Fluent in Arabic and English. Valid Emirates ID. Available to work onsite in Dubai.
