Technical Sales Manager
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are a UAE-based industrial trading and solutions partner delivering high-performance machineries, equipment, spares and consumables to the steel, cement and other heavy industries. With global sourcing across Europe, China, and India, we combine cost-efficiency with technical expertise to provide smart, solution-driven support that boosts performance and minimizes downtime. Key Responsibilities · Visit steel/cement plants, factories, and industrial clients regularly to build strong relationships with procurement, maintenance, and technical teams Understand client pain points, operational challenges, and requirements not just sell products, but position the company as a solution provider Convince clients to purchase from our company by highlighting industry knowledge, technical understanding, and value-added solutions Identify opportunities where clients are facing issues (breakdowns, inefficiencies, high costs) and propose suitable equipment or alternatives Convert inquiries into confirmed orders Negotiate within the targeted pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with clients Ensure correct product selection based on client application and requirement Ensure timely delivery of materials to client site or warehouse without delays Handle client complaints, technical concerns, and after-sales support professionally Maintain strong long-term relationships to secure repeat business Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing in the industries Submit daily/weekly reports on client visits, inquiries, orders, and business development activities Desired Candidate Profile We are looking for a hands-on, field-oriented Technical Sales Manager to independently handle clients and drive business growth in the steel and cement industries.
