Test Lead Automation (H/F)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: As Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for the test automation strategy and the management of the QA teams. You will ensure the quality of applications by developing robust testing frameworks and ensuring the implementation of best practices. Your responsibilities include: Defining and implementing the test automation strategy. Designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks. Managing and coordinating a team of testers (automation and functional). Developing test plans and executing automated test campaigns. Collaborating with development, DevOps, and business teams to guarantee the quality of deliverables. Continuously improving testing processes and integrating new technologies and tools. Analyzing test results and reporting anomalies. Monitoring technological advancements and recommending best practices in test automation. Desired Candidate Profile Required skills Technical skills Mastery of automation tools and frameworks: Selenium, Robot Framework Good knowledge of scripting languages: Python, Java Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, Xray) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps) Experience with REST APIs and their validation via automated tests Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Behavioral skills (Soft Skills) Leadership and ability to manage a team. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teaching skills. Rigour and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders. Qualifications Desired profile Education: Bac+5 in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent. Experience: 5-10 years in testing, including significant experience in automation and team leadership. Languages: French and English (technical) required.
