Workshop Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage overall branch operations, sales performance, and customer service standards Lead, train, coach, and motivate branch staff to achieve operational and sales targets Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining safety and company standards Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and service quality Develop and implement strategies to increase branch revenue and profitability Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction Prepare monthly sales reports, branch performance reports, and operational updates Manage branch budgets, stock control, and operational expenses Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and local business partners Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for technical understanding. A minimum of 10 years of experience in workshop management (Mandatory), showcasing a proven track record of leadership in UAE Sound knowledge in Ms office tools & Presentation Technical experience in automotive industry, providing insight into specific processes and challenges.
