Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Business Analyst – Power Platform & Banking � Location: Fujairah, UAE (Onsite) � Experience: 5–7 Years � Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance / IT / Related Field Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Power Platform & Banking with strong expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL along with solid Banking domain experience. The ideal candidate will support enterprise reporting, business analysis, workflow automation, and data-driven decision-making initiatives within Banking Finance and Analytics functions. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in Power Platform technologies and Banking reporting environments. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business teams and source system teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements. Gather business requirements and prepare functional/business specifications. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, analytical reports, and reporting solutions. Develop and support Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for business process automation. Perform SQL-based data analysis, validation, and support BAU reporting activities. Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for requirement clarification and execution. Support UAT activities including preparation of test scenarios, execution coordination, and result validation. Ensure compliance with Banking governance, regulatory, and reporting standards. Maintain reporting documentation, process artifacts, analytical specifications, and dashboard definitions. Identify reporting gaps, optimize workflows, and improve reporting efficiency. Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on experience in: Power BI Power Apps Power Automate SQL Strong Banking domain experience, especially in: Banking Finance Banking Operations Banking Reporting Experience in dashboard development, reporting automation, and business analytics. Strong SQL querying and data analysis capabilities. Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management. Strong exposure to UAT coordination and reporting validation. Good understanding of Banking governance and compliance standards. Preferred Skills Exposure to cloud and modern analytics ecosystems: Azure AWS Snowflake Databricks Experience in Banking Finance or Regulatory Reporting environments. Exposure to dashboard modernization and enterprise analytics initiatives. Technical Skills SQL Power BI Power Apps Power Automate Banking Data & Analytics Data Validation & Reporting Dashboard Development UAT & Reporting Validation Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments. Strong documentation and attention to detail. Ability to manage BAU and reporting support activities efficiently. Experience Required 5–7 years of experience in: Banking Data Analytics Power Platform Development SQL-based Reporting & Analysis Enterprise Dashboarding & Reporting Good to Have Certifications in Power BI / Power Platform / Data Analytics.
