Commercial Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead and oversee all commercial activities related to gold, petroleum, and trading operations. Develop and implement commercial strategies to support business growth, profitability, and market expansion. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, investors, and strategic business partners. Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, contract management, and major business agreements. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives. Monitor market trends, economic developments, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate closely with senior management on business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and investment opportunities. Ensure effective coordination between commercial, finance, operations, logistics, and compliance functions. Oversee commercial risk assessments and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Manage and mentor commercial team members while driving high performance and accountability. Prepare and present commercial performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive management. Support the company's long-term growth objectives through effective commercial leadership and market positioning. Desired Candidate Profile Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Finance, Logistics, or a related field. (Mandatory) 7–10 years of relevant commercial experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong experience within gold trading, petroleum, investment, general trading, or related sectors. Proven track record in business development, commercial negotiations, and contract management. Strong understanding of Oman and GCC markets. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
