Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Monitor daily inventory of bakery ingredients (flour, sugar, yeast, dairy, etc.) Maintain accurate stock records using inventory software/Excel Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies Follow FIFO method to manage stock rotation and expiry control Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement and delivery Prepare purchase orders based on production requirements Track stock consumption and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Minimize wastage and control inventory costs Desired Candidate Profile Experience in Inventory Control / Store Management (Bakery/Food Industry preferred) Knowledge of stock management systems Strong analytical and numerical skills Proficiency in MS Excel Understanding of FIFO & food safety standards Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and accuracy.
