Production Engineer - HVAC - Ductwork

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Support daily factory production activities and ensure smooth workflow execution across all manufacturing stages Prepare and monitor daily production schedules in coordination with Production Management and Project teams Optimize production processes, machine utilization, and manpower allocation to improve operational efficiency Coordinate and supervise CNC cutting, GI duct fabrication, Fire Rated Ductwork, and Pre-Insulated / PIR / Phenolic duct production activities Ensure production activities comply with SMACNA / DW144 / UL181 standards (where applicable) Monitor production quality, dimensional accuracy, and fabrication standards to minimize defects and rework Track material usage, wastage, and production output, and report variances to management Assist in troubleshooting production issues, machine breakdowns, and process bottlenecks Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Maintenance, and QA/QC teams to ensure uninterrupted production flow Support implementation of lean manufacturing, process improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, PPE usage, and Saudi regulatory standards within the production area Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily progress reports Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering 3–5 years’ experience in HVAC duct manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication Hands-on experience with CNC cutting machines and duct fabrication processes Experience in GI ducting, Fire Rated Ductwork, and PIR / Phenolic duct systems is preferred Familiarity with SMACNA / DW144 fabrication standards Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing workflows Experience with ERP systems and production reporting tools is an advantage GCC experience will be an added advantage Key Skills: Production process optimization CNC machine coordination HVAC duct fabrication knowledge Quality control & compliance Material and wastage monitoring Production planning & reporting Technical problem-solving Team coordination and communication Lean manufacturing awareness Time management and multitasking Performance KPIs: Daily production target achievement Production efficiency & machine utilization Quality defect & rework reduction Material wastage / scrap control On-time completion of production schedules Downtime reduction & process improvement Compliance with safety and quality standards Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Air ConditioningRefrigerationHVAC Department / Functional Area ProductionManufacturing Keywords Sheet Metal ManufacturingProduction PlanningManufacturing ProcessesCAD/CAM SoftwareManufacturing Engineer - HVACHVAC Ductwork FabricationSenior Ductwork TechnicianChief Fabricator - DuctworkManufacturing Specialist - HVAC Get real-time job updates only on our App
