Finance Manager
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with Oman financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements. Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior management. Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial planning activities. Lead the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against targets. Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team. Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and analysis. Monitor financial risks and ensure proper mitigation measures are in place. Desired Candidate Profile Master’s degree in Financial Management or a related field is mandatory. 7–10 years of experience in finance, with strong experience within Oman. Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role. Strong knowledge of Oman financial regulations, taxation, and compliance requirements. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent are highly preferred. Strong analytical, financial planning, and reporting skills. High level of integrity and professionalism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is mandatory.
