Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Specialist Hospitality Digital Systems & Data to join our team! In this role you will get to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, maintain system integrity and support automation, translating technical outputs into clear, user-friendly insights to enable effective decision-making. You will also support the rollout and adoption of digital tools through training, documentation and troubleshooting, ensuring systems remain aligned with evolving business requirements. What You'll Be Doing: Define and support the development of digital platform structures and data models, ensuring systems (e.g. SharePoint, Aconex) are scalable, well-organised and aligned with business and reporting requirements Gather and document business requirements, translating operational needs into system configurations, enhancements and digital solutions Administer and maintain digital systems and data environments, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, governed and aligned with business standards Support reporting and analytics by structuring data, enabling data integration and contributing to dashboards and visualisations (e.g. Power BI) Develop and support automation of data processes and workflows using Microsoft tools and scripting (e.g. Power Automate, Python, SQL) Support the implementation and adoption of digital tools and platforms, ensuring alignment with business processes and effective user engagement Manage document control platforms (e.g. Aconex), ensuring compliance, consistency and effective information management Translate technical outputs into clear, user-friendly formats to support reporting, documentation and communication Collaborate across teams to enable seamless data flow and integration across systems, reporting and project activities Support end-users through training, guidance and troubleshooting, promoting effective use of systems and tools Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, tools and processes to enhance efficiency, automation and data-driven decision-making What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience) Certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform or data analytics tools preferred Professional membership or recognised certification preferred (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent) 2 5+ years experience in digital systems, data platforms or reporting environments, ideally within project or delivery settings Strong understanding and experience using digital platforms and data systems, including Microsoft 365 suite (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate) to support integrated workflows Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, including site structure, permissions, content management and platform configuration Knowledge of Windows Server and IIS for managing SharePoint environments Ability to work with structured and unstructured data, supporting data processing, reporting and analysis Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (e.g. Power Automate, Python, SQL) to support workflow automation and system enhancements Experience supporting document control and project systems with focus on data quality and compliance Proactive and adaptable, able to operate effectively in fast-paced environments Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, translating technical concepts into clear, practical outputs Analytical and problem-solving mindset, identifying issues and driving solutions Collaborative, working effectively across teams and stakeholders Strong attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity Well-organised, able to prioritise workload and manage competing demands What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Experience supporting digital systems, reporting platforms or data environments in a project or operational setting Experience contributing to dashboards, reporting and data visualisation (e.g. Power BI) Familiarity with project and document management platforms (e.g. Aconex, Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar) Exposure to system enhancements, platform rollouts or digital tool implementations preferred Experience working within project, construction or development environments preferred Key relationships with stakeholders, including: Consultants and Suppliers, Delivery Partners / Project Management Consultants Company Industry ConstructionCivil Engineering Department / Functional Area Administration Keywords Senior Specialist Hospitality Digital Systems & Data Get real-time job updates only on our App
