Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and checklists to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste. Maintain health and safety standards by ensuring all cleaning practices comply with regulations and hotel policies. Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, including staffing, expenses, and room status for management review. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferred for enhanced operational knowledge. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a housekeeping role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position. Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotels or resorts, demonstrating understanding of guest service standards.
