Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Sales Executive – Socks & Hosiery Industry Position: Sales Executive Location: UAE Industry: Socks Manufacturing & Trading Reports To: Sales Manager Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of socks and hosiery products across the UAE and GCC markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new customers including wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, hypermarkets, apparel stores, and distributors. Generate sales leads through market visits, networking, and business development activities. Present and promote the company's socks and hosiery product range to prospective customers. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback reports. Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, and promotional activities. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–5 years of sales experience in textiles, garments, fashion accessories, FMCG, or hosiery products. UAE market knowledge and existing customer network preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Valid UAE Driving License (preferred). Preferred Skills B2B sales and distributor management. Retail and wholesale channel development. Customer relationship management. Sales forecasting and reporting. Market research and business development. KPIs Monthly sales revenue target. Number of new customers acquired. Customer retention rate. Collection efficiency. Product line growth. Market coverage and visit targets. Salary & Benefits Salary: AED 3,000 – 6,000 per month (depending on experience). Attractive sales commission/incentives. Company visa and medical insurance. Annual leave and air ticket as per UAE Labour Law. Travel and fuel allowance (if applicable). Industry". Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, showcasing a results-oriented mindset. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools to drive informed decision-making.
