Marketing Assistant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote real estate projects and services. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram and property portals. Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations. Manage company social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on lead generation, engagement, and return on investment (ROI). Maintain and update website content and online property listings. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Support the sales team by generating qualified leads and providing marketing support. Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads and lead generation strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to manage multiple projects. Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage.
