Sales Officer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial offices, retail spaces, villas, apartments, hotels, and hospitality projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs. Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and timely submissions. Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Maintain updated sales pipelines, reports, and client interactions using CRM tools. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in interior design, fit‑out, joinery, or construction. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) are an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of interior materials, design concepts, and fit‑out project workflows is highly preferred. UAE driving license is an added advantage.
