General Manager- Real Estate

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage and oversee the operations of the real estate division, ensuring smooth performance and business growth. Handle high-profile clients and luxury property transactions with professionalism and confidence. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals. Recruit, train, and manage mid-level and senior brokers to build a strong sales team. Set, monitor, and manage team targets, ensuring consistent performance and productivity. Develop and maintain strong relationships with UHNW clients, investors, and property owners. Lead property presentations, viewings, negotiations, and deal closures. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in the luxury real estate market. Prepare sales strategies, market plans, and performance reports for management. Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines, company policies, and ethical standards. Represent the company at networking events, property exhibitions, and industry gatherings. Maintain a premium, polished appearance suitable for high-end client interactions.
