Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Proactively manage and prioritize the Owners' complex and dynamic calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, expertly screening calls, emails, and visitors to protect the Owners' time. Prepare and meticulously organize meeting materials, including agendas, reports, and presentations, anticipating information needs. Draft, proofread, and edit professional correspondence, memos, and confidential documents with accuracy and discretion. Desired Candidate Profile A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Secretary supporting C-suite executives or owners. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management software. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
