Customer Service Representative
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities About the Role: Join one of the fastest-moving sectors in the market. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the brand inside our showroom, guiding customers through mobile plans, devices, and connected services while creating an experience that keeps them coming back. This is a fully indoor, air-conditioned retail environment where every interaction is an opportunity to solve a problem, close a sale, and represent a brand customers rely on every day. Customer Experience: Welcome every customer warmly and own their experience from entry to exit; understand customer needs and recommend the right plans, devices, and value-added services with confidence and clarity. Resolve complaints, billing queries, activations, SIM swaps, and returns efficiently while protecting the brand's reputation. Process transactions, top-ups, and contract sign-ups accurately on POS and CRM systems (cash, card, and digital payments). Keep the showroom spotless, well-merchandised, and inviting at all times, and capture customer feedback while escalating complex technical or account issues to the line manager. Sales & Revenue: Achieve and exceed individual and team daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Drive sales of mobile plans (prepaid and postpaid), handsets, broadband, bundles, and accessories. Upsell and cross-sell value-added services and complementary products to maximize revenue per customer. Stay sharp on the latest devices, tariffs, promotions, and competitor offers, and participate in product launches, in-store campaigns, and seasonal promotions. Maintain accurate stock displays, pricing, and shelf availability. Operations & Compliance: Open and close the store or shift in line with operational procedures, conduct stock counts, support inventory management, and report discrepancies. Follow company policies, data-protection rules, health and safety standards, and loss prevention protocols, and complete daily sales logs, activation reports, and administrative tasks as directed. Desired Candidate Profile What We Are Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Minimum 3 years' experience in retail sales or customer service, with telecom or electronics experience a strong advantage. Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a genuine sales-driven, customer-first mindset. Ability to perform under pressure and multitask with ease. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required; Arabic (Khaleeji accent) is a strong advantage for serving local customers. Comfortable with POS, CRM, and basic digital tools. Other Requirements: Available for rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Valid Qatar work/residency visa, or eligibility to obtain one. Immediate availability preferred.
