Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job description We are recruiting: Senior BI Developer Lieu : Tunis, Tunisia Contract type: Permanent, full-time Desired start date: ASAP Veo Worldwide Services, a European multinational specializing in B2B services, has been established in Tunisia since 2017 with offices in Sousse and Tunis. The company offers professional services in various fields such as international trade, logistics, human resources, finance, and IT. Your mission: As a Senior BI Developer, you will play a key role in the design and development of robust and scalable Business Intelligence solutions, in collaboration with business and data teams. Your responsibilities include: Design and develop reports, dashboards and data models with IBM Cognos Collaborating with third-party teams to identify and formalize reporting needs Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy Participate in data modeling and BI governance Collaborating with the DWH and ETL teams to ensure seamless data integration Provide technical guidance to junior profiles and contribute to code reviews Maintaining active monitoring of BI tools and emerging trends Job requirements Search profile: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science, information systems or equivalent 5+ years of experience in BI, including a minimum of 3 years with IBM Cognos Ma trise de : Cognos Report Studio, Dashboarding, Framework Manager, Data Modules, SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres) Good understanding of data models (star, snowflake) Excellent analytical and communication skills French and English minimum level B1 These are a plus: Knowledge of other BI tools: Power BI, Tableau Certification IBM Cognos Experience with Agile methodologies What we offer: Permanent contract and integration into an experienced team High value-added international projects A stimulating and results-oriented BI environment Want to join a company that puts data at the heart of its strategy?
