Technical Trainer – Quick Fit Center

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Deliver hands-on training on vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and the use of specialized Quick Fit equipment to new and existing technicians, ensuring adherence to brand standards. Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and practical exercises, reflecting the latest automotive technologies and Quick Fit service offerings. Assess technician competency through practical evaluations and knowledge tests, providing constructive feedback to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement. Troubleshoot technical issues encountered by technicians during training sessions, offering immediate solutions and reinforcing best practices. Desired Candidate Profile Vocational training or Associate's degree in Automotive Technology or a related field. ASE Certifications (e.g., T1-T8, L1, Gor equivalent industry recognized credentials. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician, with a strong focus on diagnostics and repair in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience (2+ years) in training or mentoring automotive technicians, demonstrating the ability to effectively transfer knowledge.
