General Practitioner (GP Doctor)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a qualified and experienced General Practitioner (GP Doctor) to join our healthcare facility in Bur Dubai, Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold a valid DHA license, have a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience, and be fluent in Malayalam, English, and Hindi. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care to both adult and pediatric patients while adhering to DHA regulations and clinical best practices. Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient consultations including detailed history taking, clinical examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning Manage acute and chronic medical conditions for both adult and pediatric patients Handle minor medical emergencies such as wounds, cuts, suturing, and dressing Interpret diagnostic reports including X-rays, laboratory results, and ECGs Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress Refer patients to specialists when necessary and coordinate follow-ups Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation Ensure compliance with DHA rules, regulations, and clinical guidelines Perform accurate insurance coding using CPT and ICD standards Utilize EMR systems efficiently for patient data management and reporting Desired Candidate Profile MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution Valid DHA License (mandatory) Minimum 1-2 years of UAE clinical experience (adult and pediatric care) Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (mandatory) Strong familiarity with DHA guidelines and healthcare regulations Experience with insurance processes, CPT & ICD coding, and EMR software Candidates with their own visa are preferred (not mandatory) Key Skills: Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and patient-handling abilities Effective time management and revenue awareness Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment Team-oriented with a patient-centric approach Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Retail Department / Functional Area DoctorNurseParamedicsHospital TechniciansMedical Research Keywords Medical History TakingGPDoctorMedical Record KeepingChronic Disease ManagementPatient CareGeneral PhysicianDiagnosis Get real-time job updates only on our App
