Commercial Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Prepare and follow up on variation claims for construction projects. Identify commercial entitlements. Maintain Variation logs, claim registers, and commercial tracking reports. Coordinate with Project managers, quantity surveyors, consultants, and clients on commercial matters. Assist in drafting/preparing contractual correspondence related to variations, claims, payment issues and scope change. Desired Candidate Profile Commercial Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience in construction and landscape contracting. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management. Has knowledge of contract and variations claims.
