Quantity Surveyor (Joinery )

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor specialized in Joinery and Interior Fit-Out works to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for joinery and fit-out works. Review project drawings and specifications to identify materials, quantities, and cost implications. Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and variation claims. Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts. Monitor project costs and progress to ensure budget control. Prepare progress valuations, interim applications, and final accounts. Coordinate closely with the design, production, and project teams for cost and material control. Maintain accurate records and cost reports for ongoing projects. Conduct site visits for quantity verification and progress assessments. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in joinery or interior fit-out industry within the UAE. Strong knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, and installation methods. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant QS software. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
