Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Al Adhwa Al Arabiah Build Cont. LLC is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, and Cost Control to join our team in Fujairah, UAE.  Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering • Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, and cost control • Experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and material reconciliation • Knowledge of project budgeting, cost monitoring, and variation analysis • Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD • UAE construction experience is preferred • Good communication and reporting skills Responsibilities: • Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs • Assist in project estimation and tendering • Monitor project costs and material consumption • Prepare cost reports and support project budgeting • Coordinate with site and procurement teams Experience in softwares like BIM,PlanSwift etc preferred Location: Fujairah, UAE Interested candidates may send their CV Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
