Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Hino Trucks division. In this role, you will actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored commercial vehicle solutions that drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships. What You Will Do Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing business profitability Identify and engage prospective customers while managing assigned accounts within your territory Conduct regular field visits to understand customer requirements and build strong, lasting relationships Recommend suitable Hino truck models by aligning customer needs with product capabilities Deliver product demonstrations, including features, benefits, warranties, and services Prepare and process sales orders, secure deposits, and ensure compliance with company procedures Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales engagement Provide accurate sales reports and updates to management Ensure collections are within agreed targets and support healthy cash flow Desired Candidate Profile Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Excellent customer relationship management and service orientation Sound analytical and time management skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel What Equips You for the Role Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial vehicle sales within a dealership environment Hands-on experience with light, medium, and heavy-duty truck sales in the UAE market Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets UAE market exposure and a valid UAE driving license Employment Type Full Time Company Industry AutomotiveAutomobileAuto Accessories Department / Functional Area SalesBusiness Development Keywords Sales ConsultantAutomotive SalesHeavy Truck Sales ProfessionalClient Relationship ManagementCommercial Vehicle SalesBusiness Development Manager - TrucksTransportation Solutions AdvisorTruck DealershipCRM Software Get real-time job updates only on our App
