Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a high-energy, field-driven Business Development Executive to represent us across UAE project sites, procurement teams, and B2B decision-making channels in the construction, fit-out, Hotels, hospitals. Schools, shopping Mall, and Authorities. Field Sales & Business Development Conduct regular visits to active construction and retrofit project sites across UAE to showcase and our product and services. Identify, approach, and convert new B2B clients — including Developer, contractor, authorities, hotels, schools, shopping malls and so on. Follow up on open enquiries through the full sales cycle — from first contact to successful award and handover. Build and manage a structured client pipeline with area-wise coverage across assigned UAE territories. Engage directly with procurement teams, project managers, and commercial decision-makers to position us as a preferred supplier. Territory Management & Reporting Prepare and submit structured area-wise reports covering target customer status, market penetration levels, and pipeline progress. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, enquiry status, and sales pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and project awards in assigned territories and escalate actionable intelligence. Technical Product & Service Presentation Develop working knowledge of our product and service portfolio to deliver credible technical presentations on site. Coordinate with internal technical teams for product demonstrations, sample submissions, and specification inclusions. Prepare client-facing proposals, capability documents, and project case studies to support the sales process. Digital Marketing & Content Support (Added Advantage) Support creation of digital content including service portfolios, project showcases, emailers, and company profile decks. Leverage AI tools for content drafting, targeted email outreach, and SEO-enhanced digital presence. Maintain and update company presence on LinkedIn and relevant UAE B2B platforms. Desired Candidate Profile Experience & Qualifications 4–5 years of UAE-based experience in B2B sales within Construction company, technical services, facilities management (FM), MEP, or building materials — mandatory. Demonstrated track record of client acquisition, revenue delivery, and sales target achievement in the UAE construction/real estate sector. Proven ability to navigate procurement and decision-making structures across Developer, Contractors, institutions. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred. Valid UAE driving licence — mandatory. Willingness to travel across Emirates daily.
