HSE Advisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and site safety monitoring activities Ensure compliance with Oman MD 286 requirements, project HSE plans, and company policies Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training programs Organize and participate in emergency drills and mock exercises Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend preventive measures Participate in HSE meetings and promote a proactive safety culture across project sites Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in construction projects Experience in Oman or GCC construction projects is required NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory Additional certifications such as IOSH Managing Safely, First Aid, Fire Warden, or Incident Investigation are preferred Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation Employment Type Full Time Company Industry ConstructionCivil Engineering Department / Functional Area Engineering Keywords Risk AssessmentHSE ManagementConstruction SafetyHSE AuditHSE InspectionIncident InvestigationTool Box TalkSafety TrainingEmergency Response DrillsstopOman MD 286 ComplianceNEBOSH IGC Get real-time job updates only on our App
